Due to continued growth, we are hiring a full-time **Operations & Customer Service Supervisor**to join our team of dedicated workers in Woodbridge. This job requires a Saturday through Wednesday shift due to the needs of our business.

**Responsibilities Include**:
- Successfully pick and prepare all orders accurately and on-time for delivery
- Coordinate and assist our Driver with delivery preparations
- Responsible for inventory management and controls, and overall management of the return of inventory from customers
- Source and order supplies that we do not carry for customers as required
- Address customer concerns and contract issues to ensure positive customer service experience
- Provide leadership to the Operations department including hiring, training, performance management, safety support, etc.
- Coordinate closely with the Laundry team and address calls for most operations business issues and inquiries
- Develop effective operational strategies that lower company expenses and improve customer experiences and overall operational efficiencies
- Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of operations improvements and competition
- Ensure all Healthy & Safety protocols are being followed in the operations department including the laundry team
- Other tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time consistent with this position.
**Experience and other Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role required
- Events industry experience considered an asset, but not required
- Related college level educational background or similar education and/or experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.), including strong proficiency and working knowledge of various social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task competing priorities required
- Excellent communication skills with previous experience in a customer service-related position; relationship building skills and professionalism required
- Valid Ontario Drivers’ License, reliable vehicle and good driving record required as this role will require limited local travel
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs. without restriction and work on your feet for large portions of the day.
