Construction Manager

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular construction inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Oversee project management activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and prepare budgets.
- Collaborate with electrical teams to ensure all electrical work meets industry standards.
- Implement quality inspection processes throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction inspection processes and quality control measures.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with construction estimating techniques.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and building codes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
