As a Regional Sales Consultant, you will contribute to building and maintaining business relationships with customers. You carry out support activities related to the sale of Desjardins Signature Services (DSS) products and services to meet customer needs, in accordance with current strategies and practices.

You provide support in developing and maintaining business relationships with SSD advisors in your region. You analyze and handle unusual or special requests, or contribute to the promotion and sale of products and services that meet customer needs, in line with your unit's business strategies and objectives, while leveraging your results-oriented skills.

You collaborate in the analysis of customer needs, and in the development and implementation of appropriate solutions. You ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service, while complying with company standards and procedures. Interpersonal skills are essential.

You must have a solid knowledge of the financial services industry, Desjardins Investments products and services to proactively sell and support the Desjardins Signature Services (DSS) advisor community in assigned territory(ies).

Your primary responsibility is to develop new business relationships and generate new sales while focusing on asset retention.

In partnership with the Regional Sales Director SSD, you will design and implement territory business plans to meet and exceed sales and business objectives.

General Information on the Position

Main Responsibilities- Make proactive sales calls with SSD advisors using a consultative sales approach to identify needs, issues or opportunities in order to position the right investment solution.- Implement a territory business plan focused on deepening relationships with real customers and engage in prospecting calls to extend the reach of Desjardins Investments.- Consistently meet targets for telephone activity and number of appointments to be secured.- Demonstrate effective management and prioritization, timely follow-up of Regional Sales Director meetings and case studies (illustrations, proposals and portfolio optimization).- Support featured sales campaigns by integrating them into business plans and modifying activities as needed.- Maintain solid knowledge of Desjardins investment solutions, competition and financial markets.- Effectively use sales tools provided, including technology (CRM),- Execute, track and analyze the effectiveness/impact of targeted sales campaigns using EXCEL, hypothetical illustration tools, financial calculators and WebEx presentations.)- Demonstrate an appetite for business development and a desire to participate in achieving sales objectives.- Strong telephone sales presentations.

Other working conditions- The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work- Travel : Occasional travel to support sales efforts in the territory- Number of jobs available: 1

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in sales

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Successful completion of the Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) course (an asset)- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) (an asset)- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
