As a Front Desk Agent at AAFox Cleaning Inc, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk area while providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

2. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.

3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

4. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including managing supplies and inventory.

5. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.

6. Process payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks as needed.

7. Provide information about company services, policies, and procedures to clients and visitors.

8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

9. Handle customer complaints or concerns with diplomacy and professionalism.

10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Professional appearance and demeanor.

8. Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, copiers, and fax machines.

9. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

10. Bilingualism (English/French) may be an asset but not required.

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.86 per hour
