**This role is a 20 month term position**

**What you will do**:

- Own the Demand Planning process, including supporting Sales in maintaining their monthly long-term Demand Forecasts
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Commercial organization, primarily Sales, as well as Product Management & TDL, as key contributors in the planning process
- Responsible for analyzing variances between demand forecast, sales plan and actual shipments, highlighting major risks & opportunities, to improve demand forecasting
- Produce executive summary forecast reporting in support of monthly cross functional review meetings and manage tracking and completion of identified actions
- Deliver monthly Demand Forecasting metrics to the Sales Leadership Team
- Champion the use of the SAP-IBP planning system - maintain quality and completeness of data and provide user support for the planning system as well as collaboration & reporting tools
- Support the continuous improvement of processes & tools to increase speed, accuracy & insights of the integrated planning process
- Develop and maintain documentation for IBP tools and processes

**What you will bring**:

- Post-secondary education with 5+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility
- Passion for data and problem solving, driven by a high level of curiosity
- An analytical mindset with excellent critical thinking and decision making skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, concise, and easy to understand way
- Significant experience with process documentation and a mindset for continuous improvement
- Comfortable managing tight deadlines & competing priorities
- Confidence in voicing ideas in a supportive and collaborative team environment
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
- Experience working in SAP IBP, MSS, SAP, Power Query and/or Power BI, and SharePoint is considered an asset
