As we continue to expand our portfolio of and launch digital products and services, we are seeking an Account Coordinator, Digital Sales & Business Development to join our team.

As Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager, Digital Sales & Business Development with sales plans, reports and, presentations that bring awareness to our digital products and services including game apps, omnichannel solutions, and CRM tools. You will act as a liaison between clients and global stakeholders to support sales and account management teams through sales calls, phone/web product demonstrations and general industry and technical knowledge.

**What You’ll Do**
- Partner with the Digital Sales Manager to manage clients and projects.
- Clarifying product details and service specifications explaining the benefits they offer our clients.
- Support the technical proposal process, ensuring that all technical information and recommendations addressing customer requirements are accurate, properly defined, and detailed.
- Build customized, integrated product demonstrations and presentations in conjunction with the sales team.
- Support and track project related activities while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of projects.
- Respond in a timely and efficient manner to all incoming inquiries and correspondence, both internally and externally.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal work groups including Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Loyalty & Digital Engagement, Game Management & Design, LMS, Digital Solutions and Finance to troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and to meet customers’ delivery requirements.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Sales and/or Digital Marketing.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to recognize the needs of the client, utilize a consultative sales approach and provide detailed information about the technical specifications and solutions offered.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously and operate with flexibility in the presence of shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Strong presentation skills including the ability to prepare effective sales presentations.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
