Digital Order Specialist

We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of **Digital Order Representative** at our **Winnipeg, MB** location.

**Position Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for coordinating and assigning portal and digital orders for customers
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Monitor account performance and KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and commitment to Service Level Agreements
- Provide guidance to CSSRs on daily operations by creating, reviewing, validating, and maintaining customer data, portals, invoicing, etc
- Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement
- Identify opportunities for cross/upselling products/services
- Assist in resolving any issues or disputes that arise
- Maintain data integrity and performing regular audits on digital/portal customers
- Liaise with AR on digital customers overdue invoices as required
- Provide additional order management and inside sales support as required
- Other tasks and projects as assigned

**Preferred Education & Experience**:

- 3 or more years of Industrial sales experience with a focus on national, key, and/or strategic accounts
- Relevant post-secondary education

**Specific Skills**:

- SAP and customer service portal experience
- Enthusiastic and exhibits a positive attitude and desire to succeed
- Interest in customer satisfaction and desire to provide excellent service always
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as proven problem solving and analytical skills
- Prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to work self-directed
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative manner with multiple stakeholders
- Able to work in a team environment and utilize all available resources
