Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator provides support for the British Columbia Divisional Street Sales team in the areas of customer service, reporting, analytics, event planning and administrative responsibilities through excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service orientation as well as excellent computer skills (Google, Excel, etc.). Being creative is a plus.

Essential Functions:
- Create standard and ad hoc reports to support sales using various reporting tools. Analyze reports to ensure data integrity.- Work with sales managers to resolve opportunities presented by the customer and GFS (General inquiries, Service & product issues).- Coordinate business reviews and presentation materials. Provide information to managers to ensure consistency with contracts (where applicable).- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events (e.g. annual sales conference), such as conference calls, customer travel and GFS on-site arrangements.- Conduct general administrative activities such as correspondence, technology needs, processing invoices, ordering office supplies and office support.- May maintain a schedule or daily calendar for sales managers; make judgments regarding calendar priorities, rescheduling and initiating communication and activities in order to ensure an efficient calendar of events.- May coordinate business travel (flights, ground transportation, lodging, conference registration, etc.) and travel expense compilation and submission.- Prepare expense reports and pay invoices.- Compose correspondence, memos, presentations, organizational charts, confidential materials, etc.- May support various customer segments.- Occasional travel required.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Must have excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills as well as problem-solving capabilities.- Strong analytical skills.- Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment.- Willingness to take initiative and ability to embrace change.- Must have good customer service and time management skills.-
- Home Wi-Fi required while working remotely.- Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive, Sites, Groups) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Education and Experience:
- Minimum Grade 12 with High School Diploma.- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing preferred.- Two years of previous customer service and/or administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
