**Responsibilities**
- Maintain familiarity with the content of the games library, retail
- Assist customers with games selection at the library or tableside
- Select games appropriate to the size, interests and experience of groups
- Teach games in an engaging and helpful manner
- Provide game library maintenance following schedules and procedures, communicating and recording work performed
- Provide hosting duties when one isn’t scheduled/present

- Strong knowledge and experience of the breadth of titles available in the library
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Able to work well under pressure
- Professional appearance and manners
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
