Reach E-Shop is a hybrid retail and e-commerce store location designed to provide convenience to its members for online shopping, primarily from the USA. Let us make your life easier and handle the returns for you

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Content Planning and executing our social media strategy, including regular posting on Instagram and Tik Tok
- Ideate and create content for social media posts and campaigns
- Video content editing capabilities for relevant social channels (TikTok and Instagram)
- Build and coordinate content calendar
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills
- Demonstrate an understanding of photo editing tools
- Hybrid remote (3 times a week in shop may include the occasional weekend)
- Assist with Facebook ad campaigns as well as handle all paid promotions and custom content
- Provide general photography as needed, in coordination with photographer
- Manage archive of social media photos and materials Engagement
- Brand engagement: commenting, liking, responding to messages, and engaging with Reach owned channel audiences across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok
- Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels
- Use tools to manage, track and organize community engagement Research + Strategy
- Stay up to date on new trends in social media and provide ongoing recommendations for new tactics to deliver on strategic objectives and goals
- Assist in developing monthly analytics reports Other Marketing Tasks
- Support with marketing initiatives surrounding the launch of new E-shops (events, partnerships, promotions, public relations, influencers, etc.

**ABOUT YOU**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- a relevant diploma or certificate in communications, graphic design, marketing or similar
- proven experience as a social media coordinator
- highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multitasking, time management
- expertise in multiple social media platforms, their functionality and potential
- outstanding communication skills
- a high level of creativity
- a high proficiency with the Office 365 suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- a proactive approach to problem solving
- Have 2+ years of experience in a social media or marketing role or demonstrated ability to create timely and engaging content (Instagram, Facebook and Tik-Tok)
- Excellent verbal and written skills - able to learn and take on the brand voice of multiple concepts and individuals, across a variety of marketing channels
- Are able to organize and manage competing priorities
- Have a strong eye for design and aesthetics
- Have exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy
- Are self-starters who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus if you have photography, videography, and editing skills and are comfortable with paid social media marketing (Facebook & Instagram)

**Experience Requirements for the Social Media Specialist Role**:
To qualify for this position at Broad Reach/Reach E-Shop, applicants should meet the following experience requirements:
**1. Professional Experience**:

- **Minimum of 2+ Years**:

- Direct experience in social media management or marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing and growing platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Demonstrated ability to create and curate timely, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

**2. Content Creation Skills**:

- **Content Ideation and Execution**:

- Skilled in conceptualizing and creating diverse social media campaigns, including static posts, reels, and videos.
