**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness for both organizations.
- Develop a social media calendar for both organizations
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, inquiries, and interactions, responding in a timely manner.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with staff and faculty to highlight school events, achievements, and initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and education to keep our content fresh and relevant.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in an educational setting
- Proven experience in creating, developing, implementing and executing a social media calendar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva).
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with video editing software are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for education and Montessori principles is highly desirable.

**Schedule**: Full-time, 5 days a week, on-site at 299 Barton Street.
