As a **Bilingual Customer Service Associate,** you will interact on a daily basis with consumers, customers, vendors and bakery team pertaining to complaints, inquiries, follow-ups and resolution. As a member of this specialized team, you will have exposure to many different areas of the business and given the opportunity to make an important and meaningful contribution to company results. Your superior communication, customer service and problem solving skills will enable you to interact productively with all levels of the organization, as well as with our customers and consumers to preserve and enhance overall satisfaction and relations.

**Responsibilities**
- Resolving and responding to customer queries and complaints within defined timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identifying escalations / complaints raising potential legal or regulatory issues, and working with key stakeholders to drive further investigation, corrective action and proper reporting.
- Maintaining current knowledge of products and processes, and integrating into customer conversations.
- Capturing and recording data in the system and portal accurately.
- Coordinating with vendors, other departments, bakery teams to address the complaints or inquiries received from the customer / consumer.
- Maintaining and extracting data and reports as required
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of full-time retail or customer service experience in a Call Centre, Food or service industry
- Deep understanding of requirements specifically around complaints handling and problem resolution.
- A professional who can juggle tasks and priorities in a growing team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team setting
- Basic knowledge of systems, MS Excel and MS Word
