**Customer Service Representative**
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent service to our membership.
**In summary, the Customer Service Representative will**:
- Respond to external member inquires in a timely, professional manner
- Provide quality service to our members
- Process basic over the counter financial transactions for our members such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, US transactions, money orders and more
- Complete miscellaneous administrative duties
**The “must-have” skills and qualifications that we’re looking for are**:
- Completed post-secondary education
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment
- Two to four years of cash handling experience
**These additional skills are considered assets too**:
- Prior experience within the financial services industry
