**Job Title**

Desk Analyst - Credit Canada

Job Profile Summary:

- Providing fundamental analysis of corporate borrowers as well as being able to rapidly analyze the impact of news & events on the valuations of those issuers
- Liaises with clients, providing analysis and views, as well as answering client inquiries
- Providing relative value analysis as well as valuation & fundamental analysis of corporate issuers/bonds, in order to produce value-added content & actionable trade ideas for clients

Must Haves:

- Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business or a quantitative field
- Minimum 3yrs experience in credit analysis & strategy
- Client facing experience and strong interpersonal skills
- A strong knowledge of the credit markets
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to multi-task and to deal with multiple requests simultaneously, and within a short-time frame

Nice to Haves:

- MBA and/or CFA
- Programming skills
- Bilingual (English & French)
