Manager, Sales Enablement

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with Operationalization Manager to organize, plan and present roadmap, and sales/product collateral
- Manage and organize all projects; identify next steps, stakeholders, and timelines
- Advise, assist, and prepare proposals and presentations
- Provide effective onboarding and training programs via Playbook
- Coordinate content for ongoing training for refreshers based on current ad product portfolio alongside new insights/data
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
- Serve as a liaison between sales and product teams; connect with sales/account managers to collect vendor feedback to report back suggestions and enhancements
SKILLSETS REQUIRED:
- 2+ years’ experience in sales enablement, or learning and development
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Experience with storytelling, presenting and building PowerPoints
- Able to build internal relationships with sales

- Fast learner, attention to detail
- Highly flexible, agile, and can work in high demand / high-pressure environment
