**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, cookies, and other desserts according to established recipes.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair, ensuring visual appeal and quality.
- Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen according to health regulations.
- Package baked goods for display or sale while ensuring freshness and quality.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely service.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary, sharing knowledge about our pastry offerings.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred.
- Strong skills in food handling, preparation, and baking techniques.
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for creating high-quality products.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$22.19 per hour
