Bakery Clerk

Responsibilities:

- Arranged bakery displays to showcase baked goods to drive product sales
- Answer customer questions about products and services in a professional manner
- Greet customers as they walk in and come to the front
- Work as a cashier to process orders
- Create and serve our unique Lucullus drinks
- Clean and reset your station when their is time
- Open and close the restaurant depending on the shift
- Communicate with the bakery team to allow a smooth operation on both ends
- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items such as bread, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and steamers
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

**Skills**:

- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a fast paced take out/restaurant environment is an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
