**Program Coordinator**

Cananda health is a non-profit organization that provides a continuum of services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their community. CMHA is committed to providing high quality, accessible, and comprehensive programs and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their community.

CMHA is seeking a **Program Coordinator** to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for the overall coordination of the day-to-day operations of the program. This position will work closely with the Executive Director and Program Manager in order to coordinate all aspects of program operations. The Program Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring that all program policies, procedures, and guidelines are being followed at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate activities at the start and end of each day
- Coordinate transportation for clients to and from activities
- Coordinate activities with outside agencies as needed
- Coordinate activities with outside vendors as needed (i.e., caterer, cleaning company)
- Coordinate activities with outside vendors as needed (i.e., caterer, cleaning company)
- Coordinate activities with Executive Director and Program Manager as needed (i.e., budgeting, scheduling)
- Manage daily paperwork for program participants as assigned (i.e., attendance records)

- Manage daily payments for participants assigned (i.e., direct deposit)
- Manage daily payments for participants assigned (i.e., direct deposit)
- Ensure all participants are being provided with appropriate supports at all times during their day by coordinating their needs with support staff and support services provided by CMHA. This includes ensuring that all supports are provided in a timely manner according to the needs assessment made each day by their caseworker or case manager. Ensure that all appropriate paperwork is completed each day including but not limited to documentation on food service plans, participant participation assessments, participant assessments of needs, participant needs reports, participant status reports, etc..

**Salary**: $27.00-$35.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Weekends as needed
