PLEASE NOTE THIS JOB REQUIRES ONSITE TRAVEL TO SPECIFIC LOCATIONS TO OVERSEE PROGRAMS.

Working directly with our coaching staff and youth participants, you will be the front line face of our program Your task is to oversee the sign in process for each program, maintain and share all relevant program and participant updates, oversee the distribution of merchandise and swag, and communicate with coaches to ensure a fulfilling participant experience. You are the first person that the participants see when they arrive, and the last person that they see before they leave. We need you to help make sure that every experience is a positive one, all while promoting and representing RCBC’s core values of inclusivity, understanding and respect

**List of Responsibilities**:

- Be present at various events, tournaments, practices, and programs, as per the instruction of the Club Director.
- Oversee the sign in process at each program. Ensure all participants are welcomed and attendance is taken.
- Oversee the distribution of merchandise sales and complimentary swag.
- Communicate with coaches and parents if any issues arise, and ensure that all participants receive the most efficient and positive customer experience.
- Oversee the first/last class celebrations for each program. This may involve coordinating pick up of POS to be displayed, items to be distributed, coordinating music, etc.
- Serve as a key resource for responding to Club/program inquiries and messages
- Occasional media/photo assistance may be required (experience welcomed but not mandatory)
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation (mandatory)
- Experience working in a team environment
- Flexible schedule (mostly afternoons/evenings)
- Must enjoy working with, and be able to relate well to children
- Recruit and train program participants and volunteers
- Experience with and access to photography and video equipment and devices. (Mobile devices also applies)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 15 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
