Lethbridge, Canada Diesel Tech Services Full time

Diesel Tech Services is hiring for a service writer in a heavy duty mechanic environment.

Responsibilities include:

- customer service - communicating with customers, scheduling appointments, approving repairs, etc.
- assigning techs to jobs - communicating with techs on work orders, repairs etc.
- documenting repairs, invoicing customers -open, amend and close work orders
- warranty claims
- repair estimates
- organizational skills
- **mechanical knowledge a huge asset**:

- valid class 5 drivers license with a clean abstract
- work every other weekend - week 1 mon-friday, week 2 mon-sat.
- **experience in service writing a huge asset**
