**Inside Sales - Solutions & Services**

**Position Summary**:
Provide sales and administration support for the Rockwell Automation Solutions and Services portfolio of offerings.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Work directly with the Graybar Canada - Services Specialist as Inside Sales support.
- Proposal creation and coordination of services activities (field service, asset management, training, tech support, repairs, etc.).
- Assistance and coordination of automation-focused events (instructor led training and trade shows).
- Work with Graybar Canada Marketing and the Services Specialist to create advertising documents.
- Use Salesforce, SAP, Infor and Microsoft software’s on a daily basis.
- Create and maintain good relations with colleagues, vendors and customers.
- Provide high end customer service and professionalism.

**Sales Leadership**:

- Strong skills are required, both one-on-one and within a group setting.
- Ability to effectively utilize presentation/sales tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Suite of Software, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to multi-task in an organized and fast-paced manner.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- University degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent industry experience with at least three to five years of relevant sales experience.
- Sales or customer service experience would be considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of wholesale distribution industry is an asset.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required.
- Must exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness and desire to participate in ongoing training to maintain technical competency in Automation.
