Applewood Performance Center has an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time **Service Reception **to join our service department.

This is an entry level role, however, we would love to help you grow to a service advisor or even higher roles if you'd like.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Handling incoming phone calls, appointments
- Outbound calls, confirming appointments and reminders
- Clerical duties such as filing invoices, labeling, and copying
- Assist various departments as required

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Quick to learn and absorb new technical systems/platforms (i.e. internal websites, software, online management systems)
- Strong skills in written/verbal communication
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must be organized, punctual, and reliable

**Language Skills**
- Ability to read and write proficiently using the English language
- Ability to interact and speak effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups of people
