**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Permanent **Hours**:40 hours per week, with weekend/evening work
**Salary**: Dependant on Experience

**GENERAL OVERVIEW**
primarily focuses on the administrative aspects of the Recreational Programs from U3-Senior. You
would liaise with the General Manager and Technical Director to create an efficient work environment
focusing on improving volunteer recruitment and retention, player/parent satisfaction, and program
development/implementation.

family and volunteer interaction, so it is vital that problem-solving, critical thinking, and customer

You must have an entrepreneurial spirit and understand the importance of deadlines and details
Administration and/or an extensive background in Sports Administration.

**GOALS**
Improve Volunteer, Parent, and Player Satisfaction
Identify and understand consumer needs to develop appropriate programs/implement change.
Effective problem-solving and critical thinking

**Responsibilities**
House League Enrollment/Retention Reporting
Create and update league management timelines, reports on post-season, surveys, etc.
Working with Facilities Coordinator - arrange and Monitor Equipment Handout for Recreation.
Coordinate with the Head Referee/Referee Assignor to ensure match officials are available for all

recreational games.
Coordinate and Develop Match Guides for all programs and ensure alignment with LTPD.
Coordinate Technical Staff for mini/micro soccer with the Technical Director.
Arrange Team/individual photo days
Day to Day correspondence (i.e., contacting families for rainouts etc.)
Coordinate end-of-season awards, tournaments, picnic/event
Load all registration data into the OSA Database
Formation of Leagues/Teams/Divisions
Volunteer Recruitment/Orientation

Creation of Recreational Camps/Clinics
Track payments of Recreational Players
Coordinate with Facility Coordinator - Uniform Ordering for Indoor/Outdoor House League
Manage indoor and outdoor house league
On-site liaison for Recreational Soccer (indoor and outdoor) *as needed

**Administration**
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to the General Manager.
Identify and recommend areas for policy development
Development of objectives and working with General Manager to successfully achieve objectives
Problem-solve issues affecting the accomplishment of those objects

**Teamwork**
Work cooperatively with others to draw on their skills and viewpoints
Keep others fully informed through staff meetings and regular ongoing communications
Support and encourage others by providing positive feedback
Speak positively and act in accordance with the Core Values as a representative of Erin Mills SC
Work as an Erin Mills SC staff member for overall Erin Mills SC operations when needed
Set an example to Erin Mills SC members demonstrating leadership and positivity

**Qualifications**
Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree
Experience working within a sporting environment
Knowledge and passion for the sport of soccer
Customer Service Oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail
A Self-starter, requiring mínimal supervision
Availability to work non-standard working hours (evenings and weekends, as needed)
Working knowledge of PowerUp Sports and OSCAR is an asset
Standard First Aid/CPR (preferred)
