Executive Chef Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef Manager to join our team at Mandarin Erin Mills. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities- Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Satisfaction: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing ordering processes.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
- Skill Set: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
