Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Executive Chef and Service Manager who will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, supervise staff, and coordinate activities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Culinary Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of culinary genres and apply this expertise to create innovative menus that meet customer expectations.
- Staff Development: Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all aspects of food and service meet the highest quality control standards, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and provide excellent service to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued, although not mandatory.
