We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Front-of-House Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a front-line representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing food orders, and helping us ensure Krispy Samosa standards are consistently met and exceeded.

We are a new company and we are looking for someone who will be committed, passionate and flexible as we learn to navigate this new operations.

Job Description: Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Accurately enter customer information and update account details in the company database
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status inquiries
- Process customer orders to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the manager to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Make knowledgeable suggestions and upsell additional items to enhance the customer's experience
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions
- Organize to go orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front areas,
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timeliness of orders
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall restaurant goals

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
