We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** that will provide solutions regarding customer inquiries while remaining courteous and empathetic towards their concerns.

**AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL**:

- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Answer incoming phone calls in a positive, courteous and respectful manner
- Provide customers with detailed information on high-end appliances
- Handle customers’ concerns and/or issues and ensure follow up with proper solutions
- Accurately schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians
- Process all customers’ requests in a timely and effective manner
- Accurately document and record customer/client information in the CRM

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or in a call center environment
- Secondary school diploma
- Ability to proactively listen to customer concerns and find solutions while demonstrating empathy
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (an asset)
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize

**EN TANT QUE REPRESENTANT AU SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE VOUS DEVREZ**:

- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques reçus de façon positive, courtoise et respectueuse
- Assurer le plus haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle
- Fournir aux clients des informations détaillées sur les appareils haut de gamme
- Gérer les préoccupations et/ou les problèmes des clients et assurer le suivi avec des solutions appropriées
- Planifier les rendez-vous et répartir les techniciens de service
- Traiter toutes les demandes des clients de manière rapide et efficace
- Documenter et enregistrer avec précision les informations client/client dans le CRM

**CE DONT VOUS AUREZ BESOIN POUR RÉUSSIR DANS CE POSTE**:

- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans le service à la clientèle ou dans un environnement de centre d'appels
- Diplôme d’études niveau secondaire
- Capacité à écouter de façon proactive les préoccupations des clients et à trouver des solutions tout en démontrant de l'empathie
- Esprit d’équipe
- Capable de travailler sous pression
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office et Outlook
- Connaissance Salesforce CRM (un atout)
- Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et capacité d’établir les priorités
