As an independent contractor representing Axiom-FrontLine Financial, **you will be responsible to solicit prospective clients, perform financial needs analysis for individuals and/or families, and sell insurance products to meet those needs.** You will also service existing clients and have opportunities to move into leadership roles.

**This is a 100% commission-based position. This means your income will be directly tied to your sales performance. **There is no fixed salary, but this structure offers unlimited earning potential based on your sales success.

To be successful as an Insurance Independent Contractor Sales Manager, you must have:

- Motivation to succeed
- Commitment and passion for work
- Work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Actively recruiting new talents
- Excellent at Sales/closing Sales
- Have or be willing to obtain required insurance license(s)
- Comply with federal and provincial laws and regulations
- Comply with Company Compliance Framework and Code of Ethics
- Must have PR or above

**Company Description**

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
