- Responsibilities:_
- _Coordinate with staff to ensure positive patient experience._
- _Facilitate positive communication between patients and staff._
- _Take note of any problems encountered while testing new technology and refine it accordingly._
- _Identify patient satisfaction trends to guide future improvement efforts._
- _Coordinate with operations team to ensure high patient experience quality._

**Required Competencies**:

- Evening availability, Monday-Friday 1pm-8pm
- Knowledge of how to use Electronic Medical Records System
- Must be able to efficiently use a multiline phone system
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively
- Able to schedule patients and book appropriate treatment plans
- Be proficient with technology (i.e access Google docs, create spreadsheets, participate in Zoom meeting)
- Be able to provide a friendly, welcoming experience to clientele

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
