**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Routine Equipment Maintenance**:Ensure the regular servicing of all grounds maintenance equipment to maintain optimal functionality.
- **Equipment Oversight**: Conduct thorough inspections of equipment, trucks, and trailers to ensure operational efficiency.
- **Health & Safety Checks**: Perform weekly health and safety assessments on grounds maintenance equipment, discussing findings with team members.
- **Team Support**: Provide guidance and support to the grounds maintenance team, offering training and constructive feedback, assisting Crew Leader as required.
- **Project Support**: Collaborate with Crew Lead to organize daily tasks and ensure timely project completion.
- **Resource Management**: Efficiently manage labor, equipment, and materials allocation to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
- **Quality Control**: Implement strategies to uphold high-quality standards and consistently meet client expectations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the Crew Leader to maintain smooth operational flow.
- **Client Interaction**: Foster positive client relationships through clear communication and prompt issue resolution when called upon.
- **Training Initiatives**: Identify training needs and assist Crew Leader with organizing skill enhancement programs for team members.
- **Equipment Care**: Ensure weekly maintenance checks to keep all lawn equipment in optimal condition.
- **Winter Operations Support**: Assist with Snow operations as needed or called upon.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in grounds maintenance, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with maintenance practices, equipment, and techniques.
- **Safety Awareness**: Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively in diverse team settings.
- **Physical Requirements**: This role involves physical labor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including heavy lifting.
