Collaboration Technologies Support Specialist

**Job Description**:
**What you will do**
- Second level support for Microsoft 365 products with a focus on SharePoint Online
- Second level support for SharePoint 2019
- Responding to and coordinating the resolution of complex infrastructure incidents to restore business services. Conducting root cause analysis for complex incidents and documenting results
- Protecting information systems and data by ensuring their availability, authentication, confidentiality and integrity using appropriate methods, tools and procedures
- Acting as a technical escalation point for other Canada Technology teams and takes lead on sensitive issues that require immediate escalation and attention
- Providing current state and how-to information to assist the business in appropriate technology adoption
- Serving as a specialist on highly complex technical projects providing planning, concept development, design and installation
- Analyzing and identifying automation opportunities for current operational practices
**What you will bring**
- Operational risk knowledge related to working in a complex shared services environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines
- Effective communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to articulate ideas, verbally and in writing, to a range of individuals within the organization regardless of level
- High level of customer centric outward thinking
- Previous experience analyzing, designing and delivering complete, mature technical solutions
- 5 years in a similar technology role
