We have an immediate opening for an **Assistant Retail Manager** in our Calgary location in the Mission neighbourhood. This opportunity requires a results-oriented, individual, who thrives on building relationships and accepting new challenges within an entrepreneurial environment.

Reports to: President

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Customer Sales - checking customers in, up-selling, customer follow-up and customer experience
- Responsible for opening and closing duties depending on the shift schedule
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Deals with everyone in a professional and genuine manner
- Has a desire to genuinely connect with people
- Greet all customers at the door and determine their needs and demands
- Consistently communicate with the President regarding any/all changes
- Ensure all pricing and any extras are understood by customers and they always know what to expect next
- Stay up to date on all new products and improvements
- Ensure shift coverage in collaboration with the President
- Return all customer phone calls within 20 minutes

**Experience**
- Min 3 years of customer-facing sales or customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Thrive in a unique entrepreneurial environment
- Previous experience in a business administrative role is an asset
- Yoga or health and wellness background is a bonus
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends
- You have a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can get work done with mínimal supervision
- Your attention to detail is unparalleled
- You can visualize the next step in the sales process so your customer is always aware of what to expect next

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB T2S 2S4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
