Qualifications:
**Education**:
- Two years Community College Diploma in a related field. Office Administration, Hospitality Management, etc.
**Experience**:
- Two years customer service experience (front line, in person contact with customers).
- Experience working with database/room reservation/assignment system.
- Experience working in hotel and/or property management environment preferred.
- Ability and willingness to receive mental health related training
**Skills, Abilities & Expertise**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability and natural inclination to interact with people in a professional, respectful and diplomatic manner
- Strong customer service skill to handle inquires and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Positive, outgoing attitude with genuine customer service orientation
- A strong record of teamwork with the motivation and ability to work independently with little supervision
- Possesses a reputation of resourcefulness with a strong sense of accountability and initiative
- Ability to work well under pressure and use good judgement in assessing difficult situations
- Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment with conflicting deadlines
- Basic computer skills for Microsoft Office Excel and Word
