**Customer Support Specialist**
- **JOB SUMMARY**_
Working within our Inside Sales team, the Customer Support Specialist will act as liaison and will be responsible for our customer service cycle from outside inquiries, quoting prices, entering bill of material to the delivery of our product.
- **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Addressing all customer inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Inputting Customer Orders into our MRP system
- Reviewing Customer Orders - QA Clauses, Pricing, Delivery, Special instructions or Requirements, Terms & Conditions etc.
- Quoting Customer RFQs (Request for Quote) - create formal quote, collect pricing, calculate sell price, advise delivery etc.
- Creating new product forms
- Create customs paperwork if applicable for shipments
- Follows both London site Production guidelines and Safran’s Policies & Procedures
- Other various duties as assigned
- **QUALIFICATIONS**_
- College Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office a must (knowledge of Excel necessary)
- Accurate data entry skills with superior attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, changing environment with mínimal supervision
- Ability to problem-solve and respond to customer needs in _timely_ manner
- Ability to read drawings is an asset but not requirement
- A condition of employment will be passing a criminal background check to ensure eligibility under Canada’s Controlled Goods Program (CGP)
Position Type: Permanent with comprehensive benefits package after 3 months.
Office Hours: Working fully on-site in London, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Compensation: Competitive Salary based on experience
Training: Comprehensive training on all duties will be provided
