As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Business Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
As a Business Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our office and retail operations. This position involves a mix of office administrative work, inside sales, and retail store assistance. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our office, assisting customers in our retail store, and contributing to our sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
- Assist customers in the retail store by providing product information, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Support inside sales activities, including handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up with customers.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support the team and business operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
