About the team you are joining

Reporting to the Head Technical Fuel, you will be part of a dynamic multinational and multi-disciplined team. We have a common aim to improve ground and flight safety.

What your day would be like
- You will primarily support the IATA Fuel Quality Pool (IFQP) program
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the program administrative activities, stakeholder support and functions
- Your communication skills will be tested as you liaise extensively with the program management committees, responding to requests to organize meetings, training courses and other events
- Your organizational and planning skills will be put into practice as you:

- Prepare, organize and oversee inspector qualification and competency programs
- Coordinate IFQP memberships and finances (invoicing, budget and quarterly reports)
- Coordinate the program's resources (including documentation, consultancy and online services)
- Establish the annual inspection program
- You can also expect to be called upon to help with other tasks in the team that will stretch your imagination and broaden your horizons

**We would love to hear from you if**
- A degree level education is desirable but most important is your ability to provide the services to the programs and desire to learn and participate in the team
- You have successfully completed secondary education
- You can demonstrate that you have had experience in a comparable position, such as an airline fuel department
- Ability to work successfully with a diversity of stakeholders, inside and outside of the organization
- Excellent command of English language, both oral and written; any other languages would be an asset

Travel Required: yes - 10%
