New Sale Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Interact and collaborate closely with team members on a daily basis
- Answer and handle customer service inquiries via telephone with excellent telephone manners and skills
- Greet and direct customers to the appropriate department
- Reconcile and compile reports, data, statistics, invoices, and other relevant information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Prepare and manage organized hard copy and electronic filing systems
- Liaise with clients, agents, lawyers, developers, and contractors
**Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Atleast 1 year of experience within the pre-construction real estate industry
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with time constraints
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
- Type and proofread correspondence with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Data entry experience is preferred
- Adobe Acrobat skills
- Flexible, with the ability to work overtime as required
- Ability to work with mínimal direction/supervision
**Full-time (5 days per week (flexible), must be able to work weekends)**
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
