New-Line was established in 1972 as a specialized distributor of hose, fittings, and accessories. Our products and specialized services are directed to an extensive customer base across several industries throughout North America. These industries include Automotive, Agriculture, Biotech, Construction, Environmental, Breweries, Food Processing, Forestry, Fire Protection, HVAC, Manufacturing, Marine, Mining, Mechanical, Petro-Chemical Processing, Transportation, Technology Sectors, and many others.

New-Line is looking for an experienced **Account Representative** to join our expanding company. This role will be home based out of Calgary, AB. The successful applicant has a passion for winning, growing and retaining business and for providing exemplary customer service at all times. **Core Job Responsibilities**
- Research prospective customer opportunities by assessing potential and ROI
- Qualify new accounts; identify needs and personally provide quotes and follow up
- Review, understand and negotiate terms and conditions with customers
- Maintain existing customer accounts through service and attention
- Respond to customer inquiries, orders or quotes in an expedient and effective manner
- Maintain accurate calendar and CRM databases

**Role Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years industrial B2B Field Sales experience required
- CRM, Excel, and Outlook experience preferred
- Passion for industrial sales and service
- Mechanically inclined
- Previous Hose & Fitting knowledge would be an asset
- A valid class 5 Drivers License with clean drivers report and a clean, well kept vehicle in good working order

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
