We are looking for a proven, high performing Financial Services Manager with demonstrated results selling back end products and with a working knowledge of how to structure a deal.

**Responsibilities**:
Have a high-level attention to detail in completing appropriate paperwork.

Have the ability to perform effective turnovers and sell value added products.

Be able to navigate within ERA -Ignite and Route One to structure deals and obtain approvals from our lending partners.

Act as the intermediary between the customer and the banks and make sure to maintain positive relationships with both.

Prepare clean funding packages to allow for quick deal funding from our lenders.

Be driven and results oriented individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Strong analytical skills and a knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.

**Requirements**:
Must have at least three (2) years previous experience in an Automotive Finance & Insurance office.

OMVIC registration in good standing.

Valid driver's license.
