Cypress Appliances Repair is a trusted provider of appliance repair services, catering to the needs of homeowners throughout Vancouver. With our team of skilled technicians and commitment to excellence, we strive to deliver top-quality repairs and exceptional customer service to every client we serve.

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Counter Customer Service representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our repair center, providing them with assistance, information, and support related to their appliance repair needs. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them with inquiries related to appliance repair services
- Provide information about our repair process, pricing, and warranty policies
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
- Receive and process payments for services rendered
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

**Salary**: $17.75-$19.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: Relocate before starting work (required)
