Support Team Administrator

CENTRAL COMMUNITY CHURCH - Support Team Administrator (Part time,
22hours/week, 1year Maternity leave coverage)
The Support Team at Central Community Church (Central) is a vibrant and growing area within our organization. We are currently in need of a dynamic, passionate and qualified individual to serve as a Support Team Administrator.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Assist Support team with general data entry and administrative support when required
- Ability to assess and analyze data
- Oversee the Rogers Communication account. Deal with any issues with service plan changes and billing issues, contacts etc.
- Assist Executive team with expenses and reconciliations
- Help plan and coordinate special Central/Staff Events with Support Manager
- Maintain/oversee ordering of supplies and equipment needed for York Rd building
- Projects: Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives. Help to prepare for meetings.
- Assist with Front reception 1-2 times/week
- Work alongside all departments to collectively serve our Church family.
- Work with volunteers/sub-contractors
- Approach the day to day work activities with a flexible and positive attitude
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct report
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- A person who has a University degree or College Diploma in Business
Administration, preferred.
- A person who has a minimum 3years’ experience in Administration, preferred.
- A person who demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative easily.
- Reliable, dependable, teachable and have a strong work ethic.
- A person who has a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- A person who has a working knowledge of Mac, Microsoft Word and Excel.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 23 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
