**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
Due to our growth, we are looking for a new member to complete the customer experience team. Reporting to the department supervisor, you will participate in the department's mission to establish a relationship of trust with each of our customers and provide them with the best possible experience. Your role is central to our success and you will be responsible for supporting the team in administrative tasks.

In summary, here's how you'll be spending your time:

- Data extraction, analysis and entry (over 50% of your time)
- Greeting our visitors - you will be the first contact
- You will take care of our clients' requests and dispatch them to the appropriate people
- Write submissions for our clients

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- 3-5 years of experience in customer service
- Bilingualism required
- Strong Office and computer skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (an asset)

**WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER**:

- An 18-month full-time contract position (with the possibility of tenure thereafter)
