As a Technical Support specialist, you have excellent communication skills so you can provide efficient and effective resolutions to issues. Direct IT is proud to have long term relationships with our customers and the primary reason for such longevity is the excellent services we provide including Software Support.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
