We are currently looking for a dynamic, proactive and enthusiastic administrative assistant who will put the needs of our patients first while ensuring that our front desk is a well-balanced department.
**Position**: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
**Schedule**: 3 days a week. Possibility of 4 days a week.
**Type of employment**: permanent.
**Salary**: 20$ to 26$ per hour.

**This key position within our clinic is responsible for**:
- Managing the appointment calendar.
- Greeting our patients and taking care of them as they leave.
- Receiving, sending and distributing the mail.
- Sending all reports and communications to health practitioners and doctors as requested by our orthodontists.
- Managing the various aspects of our patients’ financial files such as the presentation of financial agreements, payment collection, explaining clinic policies.
- Opening and closing cash registers.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Assisting the orthodontists and the manager with administrative tasks.
**This position requires**:
- Secretarial studies diploma and one year of experience ideally acquired in a dental or orthodontic office.
- To be bilingual (English and French).
- A good sense of priorities, being autonomous and proactive.
- Unparalleled customer service. Know how to create a warm and welcoming environment for our patients.
- Great ability to communicate at all levels of the clinic.
- To be able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Orthonovo software (asset)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
