**Job Description** Overnight Bell Attendant**

From a warm welcome to a fond farewell, the Guest Services department takes care of the guests as soon as they step foot in the hotel ensuring a lasting impression for our guests’ stay.

**Rate of Pay**:
$17.75 per hour

**What you will be doing**:

- Assisting our arriving and departing guests while providing exceptional service
- To provide excellence in guest service and acting as a liaison between the hotel and our guests, always responding to guest requests and concerns in a personal, prompt and courteous manner
- Proudly be an ambassador of the property and brand, promoting our facilities
- To be familiar with all guest related activities and events within the hotel and outside agencies, such as activities, theatre, outside transportation, recreation and current events
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications** Your experience and skills include**:

- Service focused personality is essential
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Knowledge of Whistler area is an asset
- Ability to drive standard is required
- Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean abstract is required
- Class 4 BC Driver's License is an asset, but not required

**Physical aspects include but are not limited to**:

- Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting, up to 75+ lbs
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
