**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team alongside fellow managers.
- Drive sales and customer traffic through exceptional service and community engagement.
- Uphold Gabby’s standards for service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.
- Maximize profitability by effectively managing P&L, inventory, and labor costs.
- Implement and oversee local marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and guest loyalty.
- Provide hands-on leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staff training, and product quality control.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture with clear communication, coaching, and performance management.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Oversee facility and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Minimum 4 years** of experience in a managerial role within a similar restaurant environment.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Proficiency with **POS systems** and restaurant financials, including cost control and revenue growth strategies.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- **Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.**:

- **Smart Serve Certification and Food Handler’s Certificate** required.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
