**About the Opportunity**:
Under the direction of the Manager, Department of Medicine, the Clerk B contributes to the effective organization and flow of the Division of Haematology. The Clerk B is responsible for the support of the physicians and administrative staff in the performance of clerical and administrative duties following hospital policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of maturity and discretion in handling confidential matters.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade XII plus one year related experience or graduate of recognized one year related business/clerical program
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- PHS and STAR Registration preferred
- Knowledge of computers
- Data entry experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize duties
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
