**Responsibilities**:
Under the direction of the Health Services Manager, the Clerk B contributes to the effective operation of the nursing unit by acting as the central communication person for the unit. The Clerk B performs reception, clerical and administrative duties following hospital policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of maturity and discretion in handling confidential matters.

**Qualifications**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade XII plus one year related experience, or graduate of a recognized one year secretarial/office/business program
- Knowledge of computers is required
- Previous Critical Care experience an asset
- Medical terminology is an asset
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize duties
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours of Work**:
Permanent Full-time position; 70 hours biweekly

**Salary Information**:
$20.09 - $21.90 hourly
