Our busy Langley studio is looking for experienced **Studio Coordinator/Receptionist **to join our Evolution team.

**DUTIES**: Our reception team supports a team of well-trained and committed Yoga & Pilates teachers to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction in a compassionate, professional and friendly work environment. This is a dynamic role that is based on anticipating and responding to the individual needs of both our clients and staff by:

- Greeting & building warm relationships with clients and staff
- Ensuring the studio is clean by following a cleaning checklist
- Coordinating schedules and appointments, and processing payments
- Opening or Closing the Studio

Environment: Since 2001, Evolution Studios has been bringing Langley Pilates and Yoga classes that suit everyone’s needs. Our Langley Pilates and Yoga Studio offers a fun, relaxing, compassionate, and understanding environment where you can be comfortable starting out as an absolute beginner or challenging your existing skills.

We offer a fully stocked studio with a Reformer room, Mat Pilates room, Yoga room, and a private studio with reformers, and Cadillac.

**ABOUT YOU**: We take a lot of pride in fostering a working family that is professional, polished, and supportive We’re looking for team members who:

- Have some customer service experience. Previous administrative experience is also a plus
- Is a team player, and sensitive to the needs of others
- Available to work 4-8pm Weekdays & Weekends 8a-12pm.

**COMPENSATION: $20.00 an hour + discounted services + free Yoga & Pilates classes**

**We are looking to interview and hire right away**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
