We are professional, agile and our goal is to Wise Owl Childcare Inc. is seeking to fill a full time Toddler Early Childhood Educator position. The Early Childhood Educator provides care for the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of toddlers and young children in a safe and healthy environment. The Early Childhood Educator collaborates all members of the team to provide nurturing care, project-based learning, and developmentally appropriate activities in a group setting. The Early Childhood Educator works in accordance with the goals and curriculum plans of the centre; the philosophy and policies of the centre ; and provincial legislation..

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
- Create a positive learning environment for children.
- Observe and assess student performance and progress.
- Provide guidance to students in developing social skills, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement activities for the classroom.
- Maintain records of student progress.
